Due to a change in the regulations
regarding the boot floor, we have had to remove the alloy box that housed the fuel pump, filter and swirl pot, and replce
it with a welded in steel item. This meant anpther trip to Retro Motorsport in Harlow to have this fabricated and installed.
When this was done we could plumb in the fuel system and re-install the pump etc

Now the engine was bolted in, I
could make a start on the wiring of the engine mangement system for the new installed throttle bodies. These are Jenvey 45mm
which should hopefully make the engone a litttle more tractable. The wiring loom was made by myself as i couldn't justify
the cost that people charge for these. The crnk trigger kit is an off the shelf item by webcom, and sold by Burton's

Sent the diff up to Tom at Fostek to have
the it checked over and serviced. I got a phone call that I didn't really want. The complete unit was unservicable, so
a new diff is on the cards

After sitting out the 2009 season having decided to help David White
get his pinto powered Sierra up and running, it was time to get the yellow peril up and running. We have decided to install
the dry sump tank in the engine bay to shorten the pipe runs, and more importantly this will allow the fitment of a passenger
seat for trackdays. The car was shipped up to Gary at Retromotorsport in Harlow, to have a base made to sit the tank on.
